There has been a lot of people who have changed the test and then not realised that there is a confirm button. I have now had two students that has had problems. I have also been at the test centre when other people have turned up only to find they don't have a test booked. They were told that they did not show at the correct, original, test time and now have lost their test money.

Once you have changed it you should get a page confirming the new test and that needs to be printed.

Once you have changed it please go back in and re-check that it has been changed.
